The station was as if a sinking ship. Tycho Brahe Station was slowly slipping free from its stabilized orbit, like a puppet with fraying strings. Far out from the orbit of the star, the USS Fort Lauderdale stood vigil, multiple shuttles flying back and forth from the station and the ship as part of the rescue operations. The shuttles are a bit hard to see through a strange, glittery haze throughout the nearby space…

As soon as she was cleared she exited the Eventide's shuttlebay, sent a message to the Fort Lauderdale with her flight path, and advised Tycho Brahe she was on her way and gave her eta. Once a safe distance away from the Eventide she brought her engines to full impulse and moved towards the station.

Aoife gently manoeuvred her shuttle out of the bay and into the chaotic solar winds outside. It had been a minute since she last flew a shuttle on a mission. So long as it went better then her break out from that prison ship where the "landed" on a desolate planet.

Lt. Cdr. Sirca Liram | CMD BOT 14-Mar-26 05:31 PM
And they were off. Liram started the journey from the Eventide to the Tycho Brahe station, a crew aboard and his jaw set firm. He moved quickly but steadily, not too fast but with the right amount of urgency that a situation like this required.

The shields of the various shuttles were slammed by solar winds and the tendrils of CME radiation, bright glowing sparks of stellar gas exploding off of the hulls as they raced through the sea of gold. This close, Archid was nearly blinding, but Tycho Brahe Station formed a dark spot overtop the surface. As the shuttles grew closer, a staticky hailing frequency came over the consoles.

Lt. Cdr. Sirca Liram | CMD BOT 14-Mar-26 05:34 PM
Liram answered the hail, pushing through the radiation as he directed the visual of the hail to a screen where he could see it, patching it through the pa system to the rest of the shuttle so anyone aboard could hear as well.

Sal kept a straight face, standing staring out the window of Liram's shuttle, her knuckles whitened around a handle near the exit of the cockpit.

She slowed her shuttle, awaiting the hail. Her eyes glancing at her systems, shields, and the beautiful destructive power of the star.

Marze had decided to go on one of the shuttles, Engineering was always good to have, after all, and his particular speciality was even better to have in a pinch. He was doing his best to keep up with everything, but... this was what he was best hat. This is what he had to be good at in order to get this far.

Lt. Cdr. Sirca Liram | CMD BOT 14-Mar-26 05:39 PM
"I'm having trouble reading you, Takar," Liram answered the hail, still pushing through the solar radiation and into the thick of it. "We're on our way to make another trip with some of your people," he added, glancing back at the crew of his shuttle.

The closer the shuttles got, the clearer the signal became, “£]£{€}-derstood, we’ve got the docking bay open for n-$:$4)5&&- don’t know how long we have.”

Sal was an Ops ensign, one he didn't immediately recognize. She stood with her knees locked and large alien eyes widened, clearly tense. She looked to her left occasionally to check carrying capacity, but didn't seem to know to do much else. Fantastic, everything indicating she was fresh out of the Academy.

With the word given that the shuttle bay doors were open Aoife decided to go in for a landing. Getting on the Comms. "This is Shuttle number 4, I've got the ball, checks are green I'm going in for landing now."

The #tb-docking-bay grew closer and closer.

"Aye 4," she spoke calmly, "Numero Two, right behind you." She rolled her eyes at herself for rhyming.

Lt. JG. Dakkil Kich | OPS BOT 14-Mar-26 05:47 PM
Dakkil was prepped so that as soon as Magdalena's shuttle was docked, it would spring into action, ready to preform its duty, for better or for worse. In the meantime, it was steeling itself for the upcoming pressure by breathing deeply and humming to itself quietly.

Things were worse. The station was much further away from Eventide and Lauderdale now, and Amber’s shuttle would have to navigate through not only the residual CME, but a debris field that had formed as the station had continued to fall.

Marze nodded and handed back the tricorder, rather glad to be back in gravity, rather glad to be back on the ground. "Of course, Commander, if you need me for anything, just call," he spoke before he turned to the android to introduce himself. "Ensign Marze Bihn, I will be helping you today. Could you tell me your name?" He moght not have had the best bedside manmer, but he was really trying. At least Androids were something he was more comfortable with in this life.

Lt. Cdr. Twelve of Twenty | MED BOT 15-Mar-26 06:37 PM
Twelve nodded once as she accepted the tricorder and then moved to the injured civilians. As she approached, their expressions as well as their injuries noted, she mustered a warm smile. Did so as she then as she approached them all and stated. "Hello, I'm Twelve of Twenty, I'm a doctor with Starfleet Medical." She started then. "If you'd like, you can all call me Mirkya if that's better." A pause what followed before she added. "I'm going to be treating you all now, with the help of Ensign Kip here, we're on our way to the USS Eventide where we'll get you to the med bay." She then approached and started to triage their injuries as she looked to identify who needed to be seen too first out of the lot. Her priority was to ensure everyone here was stabilized and to try and ensure this transit passed for them as in close to comfort as she could have managed for them.

Lt. Amber Ruthven | TAC BOT 15-Mar-26 06:37 PM
"Fuckin'... stars," Amber sat up straighter in her seat, shoulders raised and held closer to her center than they usually were. "Maybe make sure you're holdin' onto somethin' solid, too." Debris fields were one of Amber's favourite training programs on the simulators, truth be told, zipping through narrow, unpredictable lanes was therapeutic in its own way. Maybe next time she'd insert a star right next door, too.

Ensign Kip stood at attention alongside Twelve as the two quickly began triage aboard the rattling shuttle. The shuttle bobbed and weaved its way through a cloud of broken solar panels, mangled metal, and shards of glass, all tinged with a glittering gold.

Ens. Kairos Rex | INT BOT 15-Mar-26 07:02 PM
With his hands now free, Kairos made his way towards the front of the shuttle to observe the situation, all the while having a Strong Grip on the nearest seat. The pilot... huh! Interesting. He decided to stay quiet, for now, not too keen on distracting Amber from her task.

With some deft navigation, Amber was able to pull the shuttle screaming into #etd-shuttlebay! They made it back to the ship, but that was only step one!
